Fluenta provides an AI-powered language learning platform that includes conversation practice, grammar correction, pronunciation feedback, and progress tracking. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion.

- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Share your account credentials with others
